Have you ever wanted to connect with likeminded employee experience professionals and share learnings and experiences to improve your listening strategy?
Whether you're a seasoned Viva Glint user or are just starting your journey, Learning Circles provides an opportunity to make connections with fellow customers who share similar interests.
Here's what you can expect:
- At the beginning of each quarter, we'll match new participants with a group of 4-5 individuals from a cross section of backgrounds, and you will receive a welcome email with details of how to connect with your Learning Circle Group.
- Once connected, you can start sharing experiences, exchanging insights, or asking each other the questions you’ve been pondering alone. You can even use the program to pressure test ideas, concepts, drafts of things you are working on to bring a fresh perspective in a safe space etc.
- This is a flexible program to use in the way that works for you. The Viva Glint team will provide guidance and recommendations on how to make the most out of your Learning Circle experience to share your goals and seek support and inspiration from the group.
